Garbanzo Beans have a nutty flavor suitable for marinating or as additions to salads or loaves. When sprouting garbanzo, 3/4 of a cup of sprouting beans will produce about one quart of organic garbanzo sprouts. The organic garbanzo sprouts will be ready to harvest in 3 to 5 days.

Garbanzo sprouts make an enzyme rich humus when sprouted one to two days and mixed in a blender.

Garbanzo sprout beans are rich in carbohydrates, fiber, calcium and protein as well as magnesium, potassium and vitamins A and C.

Grown in the U.S.A. Do not expose garbanzo sprout to sunlight.

My seeds I ordered was good excellent price generass amount and shipping and handling was resnable. They  came on time packaged in seeled foilel plastic envelopes for extended time storage. I have not used the products yet but as soon as the weather get better I'll. I'm planning to keep son seeds for next year.
