Directions:

  1. Open pouch and remove oxygen absorber.
  2. Bring 4 1/2 cup of water to a boil.
  3. Whisk in entire contents of the pouch.
  4. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Remove from heat and let stand 2-3 minutes before serving.

tried uncle franks lasagna.it had a very rich flavor.you could taste the tomatoes and spices and even the burgundy wine.this would be great if you added a little ground beef

he food is good. but the serving size in the envelopes is too much.. it says it supposed to last 72 hours or a week or even 3 months, but for 1 person the way its packaged you have to eat that one thing when you make it and have leftovers 4 to 5 times  to use up the package you have to cook at one time..at a time of need with no electricity to regrigerate it, you would be wasting most of it.
