Lasagna March 23, 2017

It tastes very good and is easy to prepare a full lasagna meal.  Also it doesn't need to be frozen like those other ready-meals.

Basically I pour half into a bowl, then cover with water, then microwave for 4 minutes on high, then stir with a knife, 15 minutes on defrost, then stir, then 15 minutes on defrost, then stir, then let cool.  After pouring half a bag, I seal the mylar bag to eat the rest later.  This is much easier than doing it over the stove like the instructions suggest.  I've always used the microwave.

Everything looks great, and well-packaged. Can't say I'm looking forward to the day I need to use these,  but I'm glad I know they are there.  ??

Haven't tasted, want to but I'll want it more when I need it. Only drawback was I lost a year due to mfg date was a year ago. Will be the first thing I eat, not too bad.
