Marketmore 76 Organic Cucumber Planting Instructions:

Cucumbers need warm soil and air, as they are very sensitive to cold. Whether you direct seed or transplant your cucumber seeds, they will not germinate if the soil temperature is lower than 50°F. They only germinate slowly at 68°F. Plant ½”deep and 3” apart in full sun. Thin to 8-15” apart in rows of 2 to 3 plants per hill. Snip off plants when thinning to avoid disturbing the roots of neighboring plants.

Marketmore 76 Organic Cucumber Harvesting Instructions:

Harvest cucumbers about 60-70 days from planting. Cucumbers can be picked any time there is fruit present. To harvest the first cucumbers, cut the vine about ½” above the fruit. Harvest all of the fruit before maturity to ensure quality and a higher yield. At peak harvest, cucumbers should be picked daily.

Always great seeds from Patriot! March 26, 2017
Reviewer: Robin Henderson from Gulfport, MS United States
After wasting money buying heirloom seeds from a well known company with a slick looking catalog, I was wondering if I should give up gardening because of the very poor germination rate. Instead, I gave Patriot Seeds a chance, and all seeds I've ever bought from them sprout very quickly-its almost as if they can't wait! Not just a few, but almost all of them. Highly recommend this seller!

Sprouted Quickly! March 11, 2017
Reviewer: Adam Wethington from CHESAPEAKE, VA United States
I planted several of the seeds in peat pellets and they sprouted in just 4 days. It's about the 10th day now and the plants are ~2 3/4" tall and are very healthy looking. I highly recommend them!
