Alexapure BreezeTM
Can I use a non-Alexapure brand filter in my Breeze?

Only the Alexapure brand filters can be used.

How do I reset my Alexapure Breeze?

You will find the system reset button below the Air Quality Senor under the vent on the side of the unit. Using a small pen or paperclip push in the reset button. Hold for 3-5 seconds minimum to reset the unit or until you hear a faint “clicking” sound.

How long will my Alexapure Breeze filters last?

The Pre-filter should last indefinitely with care and regular cleaning. The True HEPA filter and the Activated Carbon filter can last 9-12 months with normal use. Normal use is defined as a clean home that is maintained with regular vacuuming and dusting, where the unit runs continuously.

How often do I need to clean the pre-filter on my Alexapure Breeze?

Most customers clean it weekly, but there is an indicator light that will flash when the pre-filter needs cleaning.

My Alexapure Breeze power light is on, but none of the other lights are. Is it working?

Your Breeze is in sleep mode. It is still monitoring your air. To wake it up, just tap the mode button and it will come back to life.

My Alexapure Breeze won't turn on, what do I do?

  • The front panel may not be seated properly. Take it off and reseat it.

  • Check all outlet connections.

  • Make sure the filter replacement light is not flashing and/or beeping. If this happens, you will not be able to turn on your Breeze until the filters are replaced.

When should I replace the filters on my Alexapure Breeze?

The replacement lights flash on the top of the unit. The lights are the same lights that indicate fan speed. If the first light flashes, you need to clean the Pre-filter. If the second light flashes, you need to replace the True HEPA filter and the Activated Carbon filter.
