Cooking Directions:

In medium saucepan, bring 4.5 cups water to a boil. Whisk in contents of this pouch. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool. For thicker soup, cook uncovered. For variety try adding corn, cooked bacon or ham, clams, chicken, or shrimp.

Seasoned Mashed Potatoes
