Planting Instructions:
Plant your squash where they can receive full sun. Squash plants love to “eat,” so they need well-fertilized, rich soil that is well-drained. Fertilizing your squash as they grow will ensure a healthy, large harvest. Sow summer squash seeds ½ inch (1.25cm) deep, and sow winter squash seeds 1 inch (2.5cm) deep. If you are planting in rows, seeds should be spaced 4 to 6" apart. Rows should be 4 to 6' apart. If you are planting on in hills, place 3 or 4 seeds in a ring on the top of each hill, and space you r hills 3 to 4 feet (about 1 meter) apart.

Harvesting:
Squash have the best flavor and tenderness when picked young. Don’t just pull the fruit from the plant when zucchini squash harvesting. You will likely damage the plant. Cut the fruit from the plant at the stem.

Saving Seeds:
You can also save zucchini seeds by using a food dehydrator. Spread the seeds out in a single layer on the dehydrator tray. Depending on the model, you may need to put the seeds on foil so they don't fall through the trays. Drying times vary depending on the dehydrator model, but the seeds are usually dry enough in a day or two. The key is to use the lowest available setting and keep the seeds as far away from the heat source as possible.

Reviewer: Charles Freeman from Oak Hill, OH United States
I like this variety it's dependable & productive. It's a good taste, not as good as the golden which is our favorite, but is good & it seems to make it when others fail. Hearty.
