Organic Tendergreen Beans Planting Instructions:
Tendergreen Beans do best in full sun. Sow the seeds 1 to 2 weeks after the last frost, when soil temperatures are at least 65°F. Plant seeds 1" deep and 3 to 6" apart in rows 2' apart. For a continued harvest, sow seeds again every 2 to 3 weeks until 60 days before the first frost in the fall. Skip additional plantings when temperatures are above 90°F.
Organic Tendergreen Beans Harvesting Instructions:
Beans will be ready to pick when the pod "snaps" or breaks in half cleanly. Usually about 55 days after planting. The seeds will have just begun to form and the pods will be about 4 to 8"long. To harvest, hold the stem with one hand and the pod with the other to avoid pulling off branches, which may continue to produce after harvest.
Did You Know This About Tendergreen Beans?
