Organic Golden Wax Beans Planting Instructions
- Organic Golden Wax Beans take 55-60 days to grow.
- Plant your seeds after the last danger of frost has passed.
- Sow the seeds directly into garden soil 2" deep and 3" apart.
- After the seedlings grow 1-2 " tall, gradually thin the crop to stand 12" apart.
- Keep weeds under control and the soil well-watered, but not over-saturated. The plants will need about 1" of water a week.
- Do not work or handle plants when the leaves are wet, because they can be very delicate.

As soon as the plants are well-filled out, you can pick fresh pods.
To dry beans, allow them to stay on the plants until they are partially dry--about 80 days after planting.
Pull up the plants and hang them in a warm, dry place with good air circulation. Once the pods are completely dry, shell the beans and save the pods for future composting.
