What This Supply Is Built For

This kit exists to remove food uncertainty during extended disruptions—so you know exactly how long it will last, how many calories you’ll get, and who it’s meant to support.

It’s designed to provide one person with 2,000+ calories per day for 6 months, (2 people for 3 months, or a family of 4 for 6 weeks) when grocery stores are unavailable, utilities are unreliable, and normal food access is disrupted for longer than a few days.

Choosing the Right Supply

Not every emergency food option fits every situation. This section helps you quickly determine whether the 6-Month Emergency Food Kit matches your needs—so you can choose with confidence.

Well Suited For:

  • Individuals building a reliable, long-term emergency food reserve for home storage that will last up to 25 years
  • Households planning 6 months of food coverage per person as part of a comprehensive preparedness plan
  • People who prioritize consistent daily calories (2,000+ per day), long shelf life, and simple preparation
  • Emergency planning for extended disruptions, such as natural disasters, prolonged power outages, economic instability, or supply-chain interruptions
  • Those who want variety and nutritional support over time, with multiple meal and drink options packaged for long-term storage

When Another Option May Be a Better Fit:

  • Short camping, hiking, or backpacking trips where lightweight portability is the primary concern
  • Situations requiring fresh, refrigerated, or made-to-order meals
  • Specialized dietary needs unless paired with supplemental or diet-specific items

Key Decision Factors

The practical details most people compare when choosing emergency food options:

  • Calories: 363,920 total (averages 2,000+/day per person)*
  • Protein: 8,340 total grams of filling protein
  • Coverage: Feeds one person for 6 months, 2 people for 3 months or a family of 4 for 6 weeks at FDA recommended levels**
  • Shelf Life: Up to 25 years when stored properly***
  • Nutrition: Provides 100% of 12 essentials vitamins and nutrients
  • Preparation: Add water & heat. Simple instructions included on every pouch
  • Water Required: 72.25 gallons to prepare the entire supply.
  • Variety: 22 food and drink varieties providing 1,692 servings
  • Packaging: Resealable, multi-layer pouches with oxygen absorbers
  • Storage: Twelve stackable, water-resistant buckets (Total weight 205 lbs)

How This Kit Compares

Not all emergency food kits deliver the same level of daily food coverage. For consistency, daily coverage is evaluated using the commonly referenced 2,000-calorie FDA nutrition benchmark. That way, you’re seeing the cost of real daily food support, not just the sticker price of a bucket.

Availability & Fulfillment

This product is in stock and ready to ship! Orders are fulfilled from our owned and operated US warehouses, typically shipped same day and arrive within 2-3 days of placing your order.

Preparedness Considerations

No emergency food solution is perfect for every person or scenario, so it’s important to understand the trade-offs that come with choosing an emergency food supply.

  • Prebuilt to provide clear, no-guesswork food coverage without having to source and balance individual items.
  • Designed to serve as a strong foundation, with the flexibility to supplement over time based on household needs or personal preferences
  • Works best as part of a broader preparedness plan that includes water, power, and basic cooking capability

Why People Choose This Kit

Customers choose this emergency food supply because it delivers predictable daily calories, long shelf life, simple preparation, and clearly defined coverage, making it a practical foundation for long-term preparedness planning.

Preparation & Storage Notes

A good food supply is only useful if you can store it properly and prepare it when needed, so a little planning here goes a long way.

  • Requires water for preparation; plan to store at least 72.25 gallons to prepare the full supply
  • Most meals require a heat source, look for those that don’t require electricity like the Vesta for indoor use or the Inferno Pro for outdoor use.
  • Store in a cool, dry location for maximum shelf life
  • Unopened pouches retain shelf life even after buckets are opened when stored properly
  • Opened pouches are resealable and retain shelf life for up to 1 year.

Questions This Product Helps Answer

This product is a strong fit if you’re asking:

  • “How do I feed myself or my family during an emergency?”
  • “Which emergency food actually provides enough calories per day?”
  • “What food can I store long-term without rotating every year?”
  • “What is the simplest way to build a serious emergency food reserve?”

Disclaimers & Notes

* Nutritional values are achieved through daily consumption of a variety of items in the kit.

** Calorie needs vary by individual; some people may require more or fewer calories per day.

*** Shelf life depends on storage conditions.

Cheap

"Bunch of cheap foods in the order. 3/12 whole buckets full of just rice, 1 full of oat meal and a bunch of drink mixes and puddings. Aside from those and the absurd amount of Mac n Cheese, There wasnt very much actually foods that I got. Seems like maybe around $200 worth of food for close to $1,000. This was a massive disappointment. I will never buy anything like these "emergency food supply" ever again."

"Love this company! I’m learning so much about things I might need that I wouldn’t have thought of without you guys. My family is now prepared for 2 months of food, water and supplies and I’ll keep adding another as I can. The truth

"Purchasing was a breeze easy to do come on time I want you got it some of the buckets and stuff that I got it you better like a whole lot of pancakes that's about all you get in one of them and when it comes to the spaghetti you only going to get two packs of those in the rest time or something else lots of pancakes and oatmeal"

Q&A

Are these packaged for single servings? For exemple, one item reads 4 pouches with 32 servings
Each pouch will hold multiple servings
Very interested in the six month supply. Does each meal come individually packaged, or is it a bucket of rice, a bucket of noodels, etc. Thank you!
The food is contained in resealable packages. Each package may contain different serging sizes. But because the pouches are resealable, you can remove enough for 1 serving, seal the package and prepare. The contents are good for a year once they have been opened.
1-Do you sell a sample package where I can purchase one sample of everything you sell? if yes, what is your cost?2- Can I set up my own DIY menu and order items to get the same 2000 calories but a different menu than your standard package offeringThank You
We do have a 72 hour kit that you can sample a few of our products that we do have to offer. Unfortunately we do not have a DIY kit that you can choose from. It is a pre determined kit. You can definitely take a look at our case packs that we do have to offer and choose from that section.
We don’t have a lot of storage space. We were wondering if these can be stored in an attic. This would mean cold in the winter and hot in the summer.
It's best to store in a dry, cool location—a dark area, if possible—at temperatures between 55°F and 70°F. Actual shelf life may vary based on individual storage conditions.
How does a person prepare these meals? Is electricity required? Is a gas stove required?
Great question. To make each of these meals and drinks, all you’ll need is water and a heat source. To prepare the entire supply, you'll need 78.13 gallons of water total. You can use various heat sources based on what's available to you, from boiling water over a campfire to using your stove at home.

Calories You Can Count On

When it comes to calorie counts in emergency food, a lot of other brands skimp to save a buck. Some even deliver as few as 1,200 calories per day. Not here. All My Patriot Supply emergency food kits provide at least 2,000 calories per person, per day – with real meals that actually taste good.

Built to Last with Disaster-Durable Packaging

Our products are made to get you through tough times, and the packaging is built to outlast them. We seal our food in ultra-thick, four-layer resealable pouches with oxygen absorbers to lock out air, light, and moisture. And our buckets are made of extra thick polypropylene with structural reinforcements, so you can stack them as high as you need to.
