Shipping:

Orders received by 3PM will ship the same business day - FAST! That means if you live in the lower 48 states, it typically delivers to your doorstep in 1 to 2 days. 

My Patriot Supply provides FREE SHIPPING on orders over $149 to the 48 contiguous United States & APOs.

Orders under $149 are charged a flat shipping rate of $12.95.

For larger orders over 500 lbs, shipments may be sent via LTL freight and can take an additional 1–2 business days for delivery, depending on carrier scheduling and transit times.

Our two massive warehouses have the inventory IN STOCK as one would expect from the original patriot self-reliance company that prepares. True preparedness companies shouldn't be proud of telling you they are "sold out" constantly. 

Hundreds of team members staff and operate our own warehouses in Ohio and Utah (no 3rd party outsourcing). Our in house U.S. food, water filtration, and heirloom seed manufacturing plant in Salt Lake City is running daily. Unlike others, we custom craft, blend, pouch, and can our own foods. 

NOTE: We do not blend/produce/package our foods, kit, or deliver on Sundays.  

Clear & Timely Communication about Your Order:

When you place your order, know that we'd be honored to serve you. Here's what's going to happen:

• You'll receive an order confirmation email when you complete checkout.
• When your order ships, we'll send you an email and/or text with the tracking number and timing of your delivery. 
• The day of delivery, you'll receive an email and/or text with the tracking number and a message saying your order will be "delivered today" and is out for delivery.
• Once delivered to your doorstep, you'll receive an email and/or text saying your order has arrived! 

For Alaska and Hawaii, we do not offer free shipping and rates vary based on the weight of the package. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, & APOs can expect delivery to your home in about 3-4 weeks.

On occasion, there may be a short shipping delay due to an abnormal spike in sales, national emergencies, natural disasters, national holidays, widespread power outages, and weather emergencies including hurricanes, blizzards, or airport/interstate/delivery service shutdowns.

PO Boxes:

We use UPS for delivery and they will only make shipments to a valid street address, not a PO Box. The fact is, most of of our shipments are too large to fit inside PO Boxes. A package that is addressed to a PO Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any My Patriot Supply or UPS guarantee, and may require an address correction charge. We reserve the right to ship large or heavy packages to your physical address.

Canada, Puerto Rico, APOs & International Shipping:

My Patriot Supply ships to Canada and estimates shipping rates based on the weight of the package and custom rates. Canadian customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees related to orders shipped to Canada. All estimated applicable customs, duties, and taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout and will be payable along with shipping fees at the time an order is placed. Expect delivery to your home in Canada in about 2-3 weeks under normal circumstances.

We also ship to APOs. However, we do not ship to Puerto Rico or other countries internationally at this time.

Returns:

We extend a 30 day, no-questions-asked return policy on unopened, unused products. The following conditions apply:

• You must initiate your return within 30 days from the original purchase date by contacting Customer Service. Please be prepared to provide proof of purchase or receipt.
• Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging and condition.
• Original shipping costs and fees are non-refundable. If you received free or discounted shipping fees, initial shipping charges actually incurred by My Patriot Supply will be deducted from the refund. Our Customer Service team will provide you with the exact amount that will be deducted (if any).
• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning products. You may choose any shipping carrier for the return shipment.
• Mail the products you wish to return to: 1175 South Meridian Park Road, Suite A, Salt Lake City, UT 84104. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Upon receipt of the returned items in their original packaging and condition, and once My Patriot Supply determines such items are eligible for return, My Patriot Supply will credit your original method of payment for the products purchased. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate methods. The refund amount will include the purchase price of the returned products and any associated sales tax, less the initial shipping charges incurred by My Patriot Supply.

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the products at the time of delivery.
• If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or refund.
• We will not accept returns of products purchased from other retailers (including Amazon).
• Due to the complexities of international shipping and customs clearance, all orders shipped outside of the United States are final sale. My Patriot Supply does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for Canadian orders at this time.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days of purchase. Call us at 866-229-0927 for details. We are available Mon–Fri 8am–10pm | Sat–Sun 9am–9pm (EST).

Our Price Guarantee:

If we lower our online product price within 14 days of purchase, we will match our lower price, upon request, with an online store credit. One price match per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers is allowed. Price matching does not cover third-party websites, Wal-Mart, Amazon, retail stores, or other locations where the identical item may be sold. See Terms & Conditions for full details.

Taxes:
