Shipping:
My Patriot Supply has received a record number of orders over the past two and a half weeks for emergency food, water filtration units, and solar power generators.
Two major east coast hurricanes have disrupting delivery operations as an "act of God" pair of events. MPS delivery times on the east coast are estimated at 5 days for orders made today. Our west coast operations are shipping as normal and delivering in 1 to 2 days. Our midwest operations fall in between.
Our three massive warehouses spanning over 530,000 square feet have the inventory IN STOCK as one would expect from the original patriot self-reliance company that prepares. True preparedness companies shouldn't be proud of telling you they are "sold out" constantly.
My Patriot Supply provides FREE SHIPPING on orders over $99 to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders under $99 are charged a flat shipping rate of $9.95.
Hundreds of team members staff and operate our own warehouses in Ohio, Missouri, and Utah (no 3rd party outsourcing). Our in house U.S. food, water filtration, heirloom seed, and manufacturing plant in Salt Lake City is running daily. Unlike others, we custom craft, blend, pouch, and can our own foods.
NOTE: We do not blend/produce/package our foods, kit, or deliver on Sundays.
Clear & Timely Communication about Your Order:
When you place your order, know that we'd be honored to serve you. Here's what's going to happen:
- You'll receive an order confirmation email when you complete checkout.
- When your order ships, we'll send you an email and/or text with the tracking number and timing of your delivery.
- The day of delivery, you'll receive an email and/or text with the tracking number and a message saying your order will be "delivered today" and is out for delivery.
- Once delivered to your doorstep, you'll receive an email and/or text saying your order has arrived!
For Alaska, Hawaii, & APOs, we do not offer free shipping and rates vary based on the weight of the package. Expect delivery to your home in about 3-4 weeks.
On occasion, there may be a short shipping delay due to an abnormal spike in sales, national emergencies, natural disasters, national holidays, widespread power outages, and weather emergencies including hurricanes, blizzards, or airport/interstate/delivery service shutdowns.
PO Boxes:
We use UPS for delivery and they will only make shipments to a valid street address, not a PO Box. The fact is, most of of our shipments are too large to fit inside PO Boxes. A package that is addressed to a PO Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any My Patriot Supply or UPS guarantee, and may require an address correction charge. We reserve the right to ship large or heavy packages to your physical address.
Canada, Puerto Rico, APOs & International Shipping:
My Patriot Supply ships to Canada based on the weight of the package and custom rates. Expect delivery to your home in Canada in about 2-3 weeks. We also ship to APOs. We do not ship to Puerto Rico and other countries internationally at this time.
Returns:
We extend a 30 day, no-questions-asked return policy on unopened, unused products. Upon receipt of the returned items in their original packaging and condition at the purchaser's expense, MPS will credit your original method of payment for the products purchased, less delivery charges. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Call us at 866.229.0927 for details. We are available 24/7.
Our Price Guarantee:
If we lower our online product price within 30 days of purchase, we will match our lower price, upon request, with an online store credit. One price match per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers is allowed. MPS price matching does not cover third-party websites, Wal-Mart, Amazon, retail stores, or other locations where the identical item may be sold.

Taxes:
MPS has collected the simplified sellers use tax on taxable transactions delivered into Alabama and the tax will be recited on the customer’s behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Seller’s program account number is SSU-R010417611.
