My Patriot Supply extends this limited warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the Eligible Products. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of an Eligible Product. 

To be eligible for the Limited Disaster Replacement Warranty, you must activate the warranty by either (a) opting-in to automated marketing text messages at mypatriotsupply.com/pages/warranty-program; or (b) contacting us at 866-229-0927, [email protected], or 1175 South Meridian Park Road Suite A, Salt Lake City UT 84104, United States. You may opt out from receiving text messages at any time.

AnswerThis limited warranty covers all Products originally purchased directly from mypatriotsupply.com (the “Eligible Products”) that are destroyed or rendered unusable due to a Natural Disaster during the applicable warranty period. Products purchased from third-party sellers or third-party websites are not covered by this Limited Disaster Replacement Warranty.  

“Natural Disaster” means floods, wildfires, tornados, earthquakes, landslides, tsunamis and hurricanes. My Patriot Supply reserves the right to determine whether an event qualifies as a “Natural Disaster” and to fulfill or deny any warranty submission accordingly. 

This warranty is void if any person has tampered with the Product in such a way as to reduce its shelf life (such as opening buckets or pouches to expose their contents) or otherwise damage the Product prior to the natural event precipitating the Policy claim.  This Limited Disaster Replacement Warranty will not apply (a) if the damage or destruction occurred prior to the Natural Disaster or is caused by any tampering to the Product; (b) if the damage or destruction was caused by abuse, misuse, or improper handling, maintenance, installation or repair of the Product; (c) if the damage or destruction was caused by improper storage or exposure of the Product to temperatures or humidity outside of the recommended ranges set forth in the Product packaging; (d) if the damage or destruction is caused by theft, looting or household incidents, such as a house fire, electrical or plumbing incidents, faulty wiring, or water leaks; (e) to Products sold “AS IS” or marked “sample”; or (f) Products purchased from third-party sellers. 

My Patriot Supply reserves the right to charge you for shipping and handling for any Products found not to be covered by this Limited Disaster Replacement Warranty in My Patriot Supply’s sole discretion. If requested by My Patriot Supply, non-compliant or defective Products become property of My Patriot Supply after replacement.

Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

The warranty period begins on the date of invoice as recorded by My Patriot Supply. This limited warranty extends through the shelf life stated on each individual Eligible Product package.  If no shelf life is stated on the product package, My Patriot Supply will honor a protection period of 25 years from the date of invoice. In no event will the warranty period extend longer than 25 years from the date of invoice for any Eligible Product.  In the case of any dispute over the date of invoice, My Patriot Supply reserves the right to determine the date without providing documentation to the Buyer.

All mentioned warranty periods and conditions are contingent upon access to the damaged or destroyed Eligible Products (which may include photos and videos) by an agent of My Patriot Supply, including full and part-time employees, sub-contractors, and legal counsel, to verify possible non-conformance. 

Any claim based on damage or destruction of your Eligible Product must be submitted within 30 days of the damage or destruction and you may be required to provide additional information to the My Patriot Supply, including but not limited to the following: (i) Product receipt/proof of payment and other original purchaser verification (e.g., name, email, shipping address, phone number); (ii) Details of the damaged or destroyed Eligible Products; (iii) photos and/or videos depicting Eligible Product damage or destruction; and (iv) a verifiable description of the natural disaster that caused the damage or destruction, including any name given to the event (for example, a named hurricane, earthquake, or wildfire) and/or official documentation describing the event, such as news articles.  You must submit your claim to:

If Eligible Product(s) are destroyed or rendered unusable due to a Natural Disaster during the warranty period, My Patriot Supply will, at its discretion, replace the Eligible Products at no charge to you.  When a claim is justified, My Patriot Supply will pay for shipping expenses and provide a replacement Product. My Patriot Supply reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value or for food items, similar quality and caloric value.  

My Patriot Supply can charge the Buyer for returned Products that are not covered under this limited warranty, including for Products that are not found to be defective or non-conforming, in addition to shipping and handling costs associated therewith.

The remedies included in this warranty described above contain the only remedies given by My Patriot Supply with regard to products destroyed by a natural disaster and are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, which warranties are hereby rejected.

These conditions set out My Patriot Supply’s entire liability and obligation to Buyer and the sole and exclusive remedy of Buyer related to damaged Products delivered to Buyer by My Patriot Supply regardless of whether this damage is based on a policy not explicitly mentioned in these conditions, tort, contract, or other legal theory, even if My Patriot Supply has been advised or is aware of these defects.  My Patriot Supply’s liability to you shall under no circumstances exceed the amount paid by you for the Eligible Products.
