Unless specially noted, all orders ship within 24 hours of being received.
All orders over $49 receive free shipping! Currently all of the products on our web site qualify you towards free shipping.
We do reserve the right to require a physical shipping address for large/heavy packages, although we will try to accommodate requests to ship to a PO box whenever possible.

For returns not relating to a defective product, we reserve the right to refund the amount of the product minus the cost of shipping. This is solely at our discretion.
