Directions:
- Discard the oxygen absorber packet immediately after opening.
- Measure mashed potato flakes and water according to the number of servings desired.
- Add mashed potato flakes to boiling water and whisk until creamy.
- Remove from heat and let mashed potatoes stand until they reach the desired thickness before serving. If they seem too thick, mix in a bit more water.
The Mashed Potatoes Case Pack boxes measure 9 x 6 1/2 x 9 inches. The net weight is 9.59 oz (272g) per pouch for a total combined weight of 47.95 oz (1360g). Shipping weight is 3 pounds.

Dehydrated potato flakes (potato, monoglycerides, sodium acid pyrophosphate, citric acid, sodium bisulfite and BHA to preserve freshness), non-iodized salt, natural butter flavor [whey solids, enzyme modified butter, maltodextrin, salt, butter, guar gum, annatto and turmeric], chicken soup base (corn syrup solids, salt, corn starch, hydrolyzed corn and soy protein, rendered chicken fat, sugar, onion powder, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, spices, turmeric, dehydrated parsley and silicon dioxide added to prevent caking)

Mashed potatoes and banana chips
The mashed potatoes are terrible. The onion and garlic flavor is so strong that we had to drown them in cheese and gravy just to choke them down. The banana chips are gross as well. A slight flavor of over ripe banana and practically impossible to chew.
