Fishing pole only
I have purchased “a lot” from your company including the 3,300 generation with the 75 foot extension cord. I also purchased your complete water purifier with the stand and filters and collapsible water container. Lots of other things as well . This was one item that came in messed up . There was no string or any thing extra in this order to make a knot with. I literally couldn’t even pull the rod out to extend the full length on the pole . I read the directions intensely and always do precisely what the directions say . I just disposed of it . . I have been relatively pleased with your products and I’m not one to bad mouth a company especially not My Patriots Supply . I called my representative who I’ve been working with on all my purchases and she is a peach �. One bad apple doesn’t spoil the whole bunch . Sometimes when things come out of production in mass quantities things happen . It was not a big deal .

The first one was damaged and called to let them know. Had a new one in lest then a week. They stand by there products.

Thank you, the fishing rod is quite impressive. Very light yet very sturdy. The fish in my creek are quite small, so I haven't tested it with a whopper. Will probably get a lot of use out of this!
