The Right Thing to Do.
I ordered several of the #10 cans when they were on sale recently. 1can was damaged in shipping. The My Patriot support team was very helpful. All I had to do was email pic of can and shipping box for replacement. Great company to purchase from.
Best Customer Service
Items were as advertised. I got a great deal and package arrived fast. Two out of the ten cans I ordered came dented. I reached out to customer service and they personally called and replaced both. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy again! 5 Stars
Starting to get a little frustrated actually.
Ok so I am 3+ years and over $5,600 into purchases with My Patriot Supply, and up until now, I have been 110% happy with ever aspect of my relationship with them. Recently however, their prices have been increasing on certain things. I was told it was because their costs are increasing, so I suppose we can let that slide. However, with the increase in pricing also came a switch from the option to pay via a 5 payment plan, to now only 4 payments, regardless of your payment history. Bad timing guys. I was told by one representative that it was an internal decision based on folks bailing on their 5th payment, causing MPS to take a pretty significant hit in the pocket, but I was later told by another rep that it was a decision made by the company that handles their payment plans and they had no choice in the matter. So, which is it? Lastly, and most importantly, one of the best things I liked about their company was their discreetness. The boxes are unmarked and the shipping labels have always said from "MPS", However, my UPS driver pulled up the other day with my buy one 3 month supply get one free order, and said, "hey I got your food for you". I asked how he knew it was food, and he pointed to the labels on the 6 boxes that now say from "My Patriot Supply". He stated he knew what they sell based on advertising he had seen online. So now I guess when the S##t hits the fan, "Mr. Brown" will be knocking at my door for handouts! I called a customer care rep at MPS and to be honest, she didn't seem to concerned with my inquiry, stating "I can send a message over to shipping, but can't guarantee anything"- so much for OPSEC, right? Definitely, definitely not cool MPS! Do better please so I can continue to order from you guys.
