"I'm not a big dried fruit fan anyway, but these do not do well when in water. They're almost rubbery in texture and not very good in taste. Almost like buying the frozen stuff, thawing them out and getting the same mushy fruit. I'm not a fan of these."

- Yes, one box with 4 pouches of strawberries. The weight is due to the fact that the item is freeze dried and doesn't weigh the amount a fully hydrated strawberry would weigh.
- Can these be eaten dry straight from the bag? Or do I have to soak them in water first?
