"I purchased more Franklin's Finest coffee, I love this freeze dried coffee, only this time I was able to get it as a kit, the coffee in a bucket with the little stainless steel percolator, which is also great for boiling water. Along with a #10 sugar and a # 10 creamer at a great price. Shipping was quick as usual and packed in a sturdy box."

"Thank you for supplying high quality merchandise and providing high quality service. There are only three areas I would ask for improved quality or offerings:1. When the bigger orders are hacked, they are packed in one large box without handles. It makes it very hard to carry into the house or transport. Things that are not alike are also packed together, perishables and non perishables making storage more confusing. 2. It would be great other than a packing slip to have a system for tracking purchased inventory so we could have a better way to print or download inventory mgt for buggout, inventory mgt, and future ordering. 3. More ongoing personalized discounts for supplies that I have not yet bought. This would help complete a full complement of preparedness. For me it would be power supplies. Thank you!"
