"I love the convenient size of the packaging. I used a packet in a broccoli and cheese soup mix that only had "flakes" of broccoli in it. I simply opened the packet, added hot tap water, and let it sit for a few minutes, drained it and added it to the soup. It really upped the soup and the broccoli tasted like fresh from the garden."
"I found a new use for this! My son's college is redoing their cafeteria, and the nutritional choices aren't always that great. He specifically requested vegetables, and I went to see what shelf stable items I had. he left with canned green beans and freeze dried broccoli. I was already planning to use some of the broccoli this winter for my own cooking. When I had opened a #10 can earlier in the year,I priced it out and it actually cost less than the current price of frozen or fresh. I don't know if it's still true, but that's why I bought extra."

I have never had a problem with this company. I’ve been trying different food to see if I like it. And when I do I order the six pack of the food that I like. I checked to see if it’s on sale or if it’s in a daily special before I order. I budgeted it out to I always order, so I have free shipping I’m rating the broccoli which is excellent. . the corn is OK. The string beans I wasn’t happy with but I let them soak for a longer period of time and they’re OK. In an emergency they are all fine."
