Poor customer care
"Ok, folks, dig in I want to start by saying, I’ve never had a problem with MPS, until now. I purchased a solar powered generator, the Grid Doc 3300, and I was very excited to check it out. 6 days later, I received a text about their Memorial Day “sale”. It was the same generator and solar panels along with “over $1000 worth of free ‘gifts’. I called customer service and explained the situation, and they said “can’t mix promotions”, I asked how much to return a generator. I was told, $110 for “hazardous” return shipping. No mention of a restock fee. So I ordered the ‘Memorial Day Bundle’ and when UPS showed up, I declined the packages that had the generator and solar panels along in them. Now when talked to the customer service representative, I’m going to be charged a restocking fee on top of the hazardous materials shipping. IM NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THIS SITUATION, SO I HAVE MADE IT MY LIFES MISSION TO PUT MY EXPERIENCE IN EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM AVAILABLE TO MAN SO THAT PEOPLE WILL KNOW. In my opinion, this is taking advantage of the little guy, and is BS. More to come"
