"I received my BOGO honey powder in a timely matter. Unfortunately, both cans were dented near the seams. I emailed customer service and before I got the computer closed good they had emailed me back. They offered to either replace the cans or credit my account. No questions asked. They just wanted a photo for their records. I emailed the photos well after what I figured were business hours and the quickly emailed me and indicated my replacement order was confirmed. Well, I brought the original cans in from the store room to use in the house sent I was scared to let them stay in storage with possible seam damage. I opened one. Product is great. Sweet as sugar with that smell and taste of honey. If you are going to by Emergency food, this is the place."
