Fruit Highway opens without Utah peaches

Utah’s Fruit Highway is opening without one of its biggest seasonal draws: Utah peaches. A late May freeze damaged peach blossoms along Highway 89 in Box Elder County, leaving many growers without the crop that usually brings customers to roadside fruit stands each summer.
