Organic Wildflower: Borage Planting Instructions:
Plant Borage in a sunny or lightly shaded area, after the last frost has passed. Seeds should be sown 12" apart and covered with ΒΌ of fine soil. Within 7-14 days, seedlings should emerge. Thin the plants to stand 18-24" apart once the seedlings are 1-2" tall. Keep plants thoroughly watered; they should get about 1" of rain a week. If it is thriving, Borage will self-sow.

Organic Wildflower: Borage Harvesting Instructions:

The best time to harvest Borage leaves is before the heat of the day, just after the morning dew has dried. Harvest the flowers before they fully open. You can eat both the flowers and the young leaves of Borage. Candy the flowers, use them as a garnish, or make into a wine. Dry Borage leaves in an area with good air circulation, out of direct sun. After a week or two, they can be stored when they are dry but still green. Discard black leaves. Stored in an air-tight container, the leaves should last for one year.

Looking forward to planting this September 13, 2016

Just got the order and it's not quite planting season yet. I got the borage because it's a good growing companion to strawberries. This is one of the few places that is selling strawberry seeds, btw. Anyway, I'm very excited to plant these. It's only 4 stars because I haven't planted anything yet. I'll be happy to update when I do.
Packaging the seeds come in also look like it's of good quality. My clumsiness will not destroy it like I manage to do with the paper seed packets you find elsewhere. My order arrived in a timely manner and so far, all is well.
