"I've tested the heater but haven't used it in colder weather. But I'm happy with it and consider it an important part of my preps. It's kind of the "Little Heater that Could. "Terrible! The case is a little too tight to fit the burner in. I had a hard time zipping it up and when I did, it ripped a little bit close to the zipper. I called for a return and refund but didn’t receive the customer service that I expected. The customer representative on the phone told me that it was not damaged to begin with and I would have to pay for my own shipping postage to send it back. When they received the package then they would refund with the original payment. I thought Mypatriotsupply always had great customer service and great products but not this time."

"As usual, ordering and receiving were flawless & on time. Setting the Vesta up for heat or cooking was so simple. You almost don’t even need the instructions. I’m hoping to use it for the first time soon. Where I live we can easily have 40 degree swings in temperature from daytime to nighttime, so I’m just waiting on that perfect night to heat it up in my living room! "No issues with the bag. BUT shipping was another matter. Instead of UPS it was sent USPS. Went from Dublin, OH to Nashville, TN (I live 70 miles east of Nashville). From there it went to Sacramento, CA, Reno, NV, Atlanta, GA, to Nashville to finally arrive -- 12 days later. Why anyone would ship with USPS is beyond my comprehension!"

"OMG! I am so glad to have found this carrying case for my Vesta heater because I have had to store it in it's original box. This case is awesome! As recommended by one of the reviews, I put a piece of cardboard in the bottom of it for more sturdiness (the case is durable fabric). It also has a separated space to store 4 canned heat containers!"

- The bags are similar in size, but the ember oven bag is longer. Please check what you have, if we have sent the incorrect 1, reach back out and we will correct that.
