"Had to add a spacer in order to tighten the nut up enough to seal the rubber gaskets on the Alexa pure tank. And the spigot drains muchslower the the origina spigot the tank came with. Poor improvement to the origional spigot in my opinion."
"It leaked around the gasket multiple times. I added an o’ring to keep it from leaking. The original plastic spigot was great. Had it for over a decade before it started to drip when closed. Like how the original one functioned better too. (Spring loaded). I do like the stainless finish of the new one. But that’s the only advantage so far, for me."

You sent me a cheap replica that I didn’t want very disappointed. it’s a shame that you send for something and they send you a totally different type of shuttle valve for water and then they say you sent this product. It was totally different kind of product that I didn’t even want."
