- We have a several year old Alexapure Pro Water Filtration System with a plastic black-color spigot that has increasingly restricted water flow (not a trickle) despite cleaning with vinegar (did not disassemble) 1-2 weeks ago (made no difference). Will this Alexapure Pro Stainless Steel Spigot fit the older tank bottom? Is there anything we can try to restore the plastic spigot to full flow to avoid a $25+ cost? Thanks.
- We do recommend changing the spigot out as there is no remedy to get it working properly again. The Stainless Steel Spigot will fit your old unit as well!
