"Buying what i needed was easy. Everything i ordered was just as the ad said, and arrived in good shape. The only thing i didn't understand, was as soon as i placed my order, i got a message saying that i could not cancel my order as it was already being processed. I have never seen that before when ordering from a company. Normally from my experence, usually if you contact someone about cancelling the order, you have a small window of opportunity to cancel if needed. Not that i needed to cancel my order, but if i did, i wouldn't have been able to according to the message i got once i hit the purchase option. . . . 👴Not a big deal, just make sure everything is exactly what you need before placing your order, as it appear's there is no going back after that. . . 😎"

"The box and description says there are 20 matches in the waterproof container. There are only 18 matches. I know missing 2 might not be a big deal, but if I hadn't counted them and was expecting 20 fires I would have been out of luck. I'm sure they will light just fine."
