- Can I use the 65 gallon Alexa water bank even if I do not have a bathtub? I only have a shower.
- We can only recommend to use the Emergency Water Bank with Pump by Alexapure (65 gallons) in a bathtub and not a shower.
- Why is this a one-time use item? Couldn't it be refilled and the water run through a filter system (Alexapure) and used for cooking or drinking?
- The Emergency Water Bank with Pump by Alexapure (65 gallons) is only one time use and cannot be reused.
- Why only 1 time use???
- These can be used multiple times if they are handled with care (not punctured or torn) and can be kept clean (After use, it will need to be dried and stored to prevent mold) I believe this is why it is recommended as a 1-time use.
- I ordered two of these water storage kits and filled one about three weeks ago. I added the two bottle set of treatment chemicals from your site as well. I took special care to make sure the tub was clean underneath with no sharp edges anywhere before placing the bag and filling it. Three weeks later, somewhere there is a leak and the bag still containing a lot of water is surrounded by water on the outside around it in the tub. What is the life expectancy of these things being able to hold water, and what should I do now. Thank you.

(As mentioned in advertisements and common knowledge that all of the water isn’t instantly gone when we technically lose electricity and anticipated water supply/shortage to follow)
- During a power outage, it's a good idea to start collecting water if you think the power might be out for a while. Even city water can be affected by long-term power loss because of the pumps. It's safer to have extra water and pour it out later if you don't end up needing it.
