"I have two of these Alexapure pitchers in my fridge and they work perfectly. I was spending a lot of money each week on bottled water plus the hassle of recycling and the health worries of microplastics makes Alexapure a no brainer for me. Definitely 5 stars!!"

"The pitcher is a little on the small size, at least I'm a single person, I am pouring it into my previous Brita Pitcher which holds more so i have plenty of cold water. I also noticed you have to really screw the cartridges tight or they leak . Other than that seems okay"
"I redrew a pitcher with 2 accompanying filters + 8 replacement filter packages (containing 2 filters per package). I received a package with a pitcher with no filters included and 5 packages of 2 filters. This order was placed with Capp, one of your “Experts”, and I have explained the problem 3 times to customer service reps. Your staff, on the order number line and in the warehouse, NEEDS BETTER TRAINING. If the problem is too few staff members, hire more, better-trained staff. I have been a customer for several years and remember when I bought with My Patriot Supply with confidence. That is no longer the case!"

"I bought this Alexapure Water picture and filters several years ago. I love it. I use it every day, multiple times a day. I have glass bottles that I fill and put in the fridge so I will have cold water. I keep repeating this as I use them. The water tastes so good. In fact, there really isn't a taste. It's fresh, clean and no contaminates. I have ordered filters when I need them. This is a much better system than I had before with another popular brand. I wish I could just order the filters and get free shipping. I really can't afford to order enough stuff to get free shipping. Since my husband died things are tight. But for right now, I would give this much more than 5 stars. As you can guess, I highly recommend this system. Fresh, clean, cold water. I do drink much more water since I got it. Coffee tastes so smooth with clean with this filtered water. Ok, I 'll stop now--just can't say enough about it. Oh, one more thing--buy it you won't be disappointed."
