An improvised explosive device was found underwater at the Converse Reservoir dam in Mobile, Alabama, during routine repair and maintenance work. The Mobile Area Water and Sewer System said divers discovered the grenade-type device, which was later retrieved and safely detonated by a multi-agency response team.
