Worked one time!

"I had purchased this lighter in 2022 . Tried I the day I received the order it worked. I filled out the 25 year warranty form and I then stored it a way with my prepping survival kit . I had gone through my kit yesterday got the lighter out and plugged it into to charge it was plugged in for 8 hours checking on it every now and then and it never took the charge. I reached out to my patriot support a supervisor told me that it was my fault that it doesn’t work because I should have charged it every month?? So do the have employees that go around and make sure all these lighters that sit on the shelf’s are being checked once a month? NO . This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with there products I got sold bear repellent spray that was going to expire two months after I received it . And I was told basically not their problem . I have purchased a lot from this company over the years and I’m not happy . Really disappointed and not looking forward if the time comes and I have to see how the survival food will let me down . Here is what the supervisor wrote me back"

Does not hold a charge

"I like the lighter. However, there are two caveats to that statement. One, the battery does not hold a charge. I can leave the lighter on my dresser and within 3-4 days without any use the battery will be so dead it won't arc to even use it. Second, when I do use it and carry it in my pocket the light will get turned on thus again draining the battery. So unless I charge it pretty much every day it is dead and worthless. I like that it extends out a ways to help light things though. I have two other brands of these and they stay charged for months. And I mean months. I bought this one because it looked like a good compact carry instead of the 8 inch long ones. But like I stated, it does not hold a charge more than 3-4 days just sitting on my dresser."

I read most of the reviews but one review had a problem with all three lighters that would not charge. My question is if I order a lighter and have some problems. Will your company rectify the problem?: That is a great question! We do want you to have 100% satisfaction and an amazing working product. If it does not work, we would most definitely help make it right!
How many lights on one charge?: The unit will light many many times on a charge, how many is determined by how long you keep the button pressed.
How do I charge the lighter?: there would be a charger that comes with the lighter and you would be able to charge it that way.
Can this be charged with the portable wireless charger?: Great question! Yes! You can definitely charge this lighter with our PowerBank charger!
Would this survive an EMP without shielding?: This item would need most likely need shielding.
