Since I rarely drink milk or use cream, it seems a convenient way to do so without wasting room in the fridge. It will add an extra richness and am looking forward to it. Four stars only because I haven't actually used one yet, have never had any before; though expectations are high with every expectation it deserves a 5 star rating."
