So whether you’re purchasing our food for everyday use, or storing it for the next crisis, you can count on it being delicious and safe for your family.
All our products are designed and built for durability. That means one of the only things that can damage or destroy them is a major natural disaster like a flood, hurricane, tornado, earthquake, or wildfire. Orders placed before 3:00 PM ship same day, and most orders arrive within 2-3 business days across the contiguous 48 states.
Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii & APOs usually take additional time to arrive. On occasion, there may be shipping delay due to an abnormal spike in sales, epidemics/pandemics, national emergencies, natural disaster, holidays, and weather emergencies.
New orders will ship same day if ordered before 3pm. Once your order has been received, you will be sent a confirmation email. When it ships, we will send you an email with a link with your tracking number. You can check the status of your package when it is in transit. We extend a 30 day, no-questions-asked return policy on unopened, unused products less shipping and handling. Upon receipt of the returned items in their original packaging and condition at the purchaser's expense, My Patriot Supply will credit your original method of payment for the products purchased, less delivery charges. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or refund unless it's damaged or defective.
