Great customer service but less than stellar products
"Half of the solar panels I bought delaminated and had water under the surface the first time it rained. In addition even under perfect weather conditions the best I've been able to observe is 60% of their rated power and this is for only an hour or two per day with the rest of the time the output is 30% or less so my power outage backup time will be just a couple days rather than the week I was hoping for. While MPS promptly replaced the defective panels they chose UPS with no pickup option so I had to drive 30 miles to the nearest drop store. If I had to do it over again I'd buy the panels from another source and probably go with rigid rather than flexible panels for higher output."

"I just setup my 3300 solar system up in Florida for Hurricane Season. I have a 3300 here on my Michigan farm and have a great stock of survival food and gear. Quality products packaged to last. 6 Month Bundle is Great."
Poor Support GridDoctor 3300
"Delivery was expedite. Set up was easy. Not quite sure of the quality. After set up and plugging in the GridDoctor 3300 with 1 GridDoctor 3300XP battery, per installation instructions. Everything seem to work as planned. After about 4 hours, the display would consistently light up when the cooling fan came on and there's a constant clicking sound at about 10 second intervals. I talked with customer service and with tech support and did multiple factory resets with no improvement. I'm still waiting for someone to reply to my latest email."
