"Tuscan Sausage Pasta 3 Stars, smells good in the pouch. Cooked per directions, macaroni not cooked, very dry. Added 1/2 cup of water, microwave 2 minutes. Tasted good, mildly spiced. Could not reseal package. Used clothes pins to seal while cooking."

"I have purchased most of these Beyond meals and they are all extraordinary. I know I should put them in storage for emergencies, but I eat them especially when in a hurry. They are really good for every day."

I absolutely loved this dish! I was so yummy I will definitely buy again, but first I want to try some of the other Beyond Outdoor Meals as well. They all sound delicious. . . how about a General Tso's Chicken for a future "Beyond" dish??"

"FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS TO THE LETTER, GRAVY TASTED GOOD BUT BISCUITS WERE VERY HARD. I AND MY WIFE SAY THAT THIS PRODUCT WAS BETTER THAN NOTHING TO EAT. WE ORDERED A SAMPLE PACK TOO TEST BEFORE BUYING A SUPPLY. WAS EXPECTING BETTER."

- From the recent reviews, it sounds like the company hasn't figured out the problem with the Beyond Outdoor meals with the meat and other items not rehydrating completely, even with additional water and time. If I added enough water and time to hydrate the meat, the pasta & veggies got mushy. Are there any plans to reformulate the Beyond Outdoor meals to address this issue? I would like to buy them... The taste was very good, but the texture is just not acceptable. At this price, I shouldn't have to settle for crunchy meat chunks and crouton-like biscuits.
