- I recently received this bag. I am surprised that there is no way to close the bag other than the clips on both ends. Am I missing something?? Also, I put my generator and extra battery in the bag along with my cell phone and closed it as per the instructions. I called my cell phone from another and it rang instantly. Does this bag not block cell signals?
