I was surprised that the box was delivered right to my apt. door! I didn’t have to lift the heavy box! I did notice that some of the plastic bubble packaging inside was deflated, other than that, nothing was damaged."

Special sales are pretty frequent, and your customer service staff has gone out of their way to assist a friend of mine in using your site. My only question, which is one I pose to nearly everyone who provides emergency food (or any kind of food) is: How well are you able to monitor any contamination of products sent by your suppliers? Even the crops of small farmers are being sabotaged by the evil ones in the world. I’m sure you are doing your best to provide clean food as part of disaster planning. Keep up the good work!"
