"I have read these crazy reviews about how things weren't clear in the description about several things. If you take the time to check all the info provided, it's all very clear. And as far as lid falling off, I have NEVER experienced that except when I got my first pitcher. But I learned how to get it on snuggly. It is tight, and thats a good thing. Only 1 time I had to blow some water through each filter to get it primed. No big deal. Once the water starts to barely trickle, I change filters. I do remove lid to fill the tank, it's just easier. Use a measuring cup the first time to estimate the amount to fill at. It's not difficult at all. I've never ever in probably 8 years had any issue with products, service or timely delivery. Except during Christmas holidays. That's not the company's fault. I love my patriot supply. All these complaints, in my opinion are user error."
